Refund policy & Returns

 

We do not offer the option for any goods purchased from our website to be returned for refunds.

If you are not entirely happy with a product, please contact us with the reason for your unhappiness within 7 days of delivery on studioanniegrace@gmail.com 

Should a problem occur within the first 10days after purchase, it is highly likely that it will be repaired or resolved with minimal fuss.  Thereafter we do not take any responsibly for damages of the product.

 

Deliveries

  • Packaging and postage is an additional charge, calculated at the time of purchase.

  • If your product is damaged in any way on delivery, please notify us and send us images as proof within 7 days of delivery on studioanniegrace@gmail.com so we may correct this as soon as possible.

  • No deliveries/collections will take place until payment for merchandise is made in full and cleared by our bank.

  • In the unlikely event of Annie Grace Studio not being able to meet the delivery date as confirmed, the client will be informed to make alternative suitable arrangements.

 

Product Descriptions

  • We strive to ensure that our products are described as accurately as possible on our website, however, we do not warrant that the description is accurate. Where we become aware of any misdescription, we reserve the right to correct any error or omission. 

  • Images have been provided for illustrative purposes only and we do not guarantee that any image will reproduce in true colour nor that any given image will reflect or portray the full design or options relating to that product.
     

Please note that the following are examples of things that will NOT be regarded as defects and will NOT entitle you to any repair or replacement of a product(s) or a refund of the purchase price:

  • a slight difference of colour or texture from product to product, resulting from the use of materials which may have natural flaws such as wood;

  •  a product that has been damaged as a result of inadequate care by you, incorrect use by you, or as a result of your negligence in our sole opinion;

  • a product that you or any other person has altered, repaired, used, incorporated or added to where such alteration, repair, incorporation or addition has not been authorised by us;

  • If the incorrect product is delivered to you in error (i.e. it is not the product you purchased), please do not remove the product from its original packaging. Please promptly contact us, so that we may resolve the error by arranging to collect such product from you and deliver the correct product to you as soon as possible.

 

Order cancellations rights  and Order Cancellation Due To Error

  • Where a product has been listed at the incorrect price or with incorrect descriptive information or image due to typographical error or similar oversight, we reserve the right to cancel a transaction. Where your credit card has been charged, we will immediately refund your credit card for the total amount debited.

  • The deadline for cancelling an order placed on our website is 24 hours after you have made the purchase. After this time, we do not accept any more cancellations for refunds.

  • In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by email: studioanniegrace@gmail.com. We will reimburse you no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive the cancellation. We will need your banking details to issue the cancellation refund, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
